C2N Diagnostics Notice of Cybersecurity Incident
ST. LOUIS – April 27, 2026 – C2N Diagnostics, LLC (“C2N”) has announced that on March 6, 2026, C2N discovered it was targeted by a cyber attack that led to unauthorized access to a small number of C2N’s employees’ stored email communications that contained personal information. Once the incident was discovered, C2N immediately took steps to stop the attack, notify law enforcement, and initiate a thorough investigation of the incident.
The investigation revealed that the affected personal information may have included names, dates of birth, contact information, health insurance information, health information, including blood test analysis results, and social security numbers. The information did not include financial information, including credit or debit card information, bank account information, or account passwords. C2N is not aware of any actual or attempted identity theft, fraud, or other misuse of the affected information as a result of this incident.
C2N notified all impacted individuals for whom it had current contact information and arranged to provide identity protection services including credit monitoring at no charge to all affected patients for at least 12 months.
