CALIFORNIA DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE
C2N has an ethics and compliance program (the “Program”) that reflects our commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the California Health and Safety Code §§119400-119402 (the “California Act”), as well as Compliance Program Guidance developed by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General and the AdvaMed Code of Ethics. C2N has also established an annual dollar limit on items of value (including meals) that the Company may provide to California health care professionals (“HCPs”) in accordance with the California Act. This annual limit may be revised by the Company from time to time. Per the California Act, the annual limit does not apply to product samples given to California HCPs that are intended for free distribution to patients; financial support for continuing medical education forums; financial support for health educational scholarships; and payments for legitimate professional services provided by a California HCP.
To the best our knowledge, C2N is in compliance with the Program and the California Act in all material respects. Information regarding the Program and a copy of this declaration may be obtained by calling 1-877-226-3424.
